Volunteer with projectART

Did you know that projectART is almost entirely volunteer run?

Without volunteer support, projectART and ARTSPACE wouldn’t be possible. 

We’re looking for passionate student and adult volunteers to join our projectART and ARTSPACE team.

How can you get involved?

  • Become a Gallery Attendant

    Our most immediate need is for volunteers to welcome and oversee visitors to ARTSPACE gallery Thursdays through Sundays. High school juniors and seniors as well as adults are welcome to volunteer.

  • Become a MENTOR Artist

    We are always looking for local artists to participate in projectMENTOR. MENTORs work with middle and high school students during the Spring Semester in a range of mediums. For more information about projectMENTOR, click here.

  • Become a Committee Chair

    Committee chairs support much of projectART’s biggest needs. Current committees include: Adult Prom Event, Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Marketing.

  • Collect & Install Student Art

    Coordinating with projectART and area teachers, these volunteers help collect, mount, and install student art in WISD board rooms, area businesses, and other public spaces.
