Art Room
projectART donates necessary supplies to area art classrooms to support art education
Since 2020, projectART has contributed over $26,600 in tools and equipment to Wimberley area schools, increasing what our local arts programs can offer.
These contributions help Amplify the Art Room by introducing supplies that can be used year after year.
This year, in addition to providing support to existing WISD classrooms, we have the opportunity to help over 160 WISD 6th graders set to step into a *new* arts classroom.
Led by Teresa Gill, this new “Intro to Art” class provides an expansion in arts education that students, families, and WISD art teachers have been seeking.
We’re calling on Wimberley’s community of art enthusiasts to help Amplify the Art Room for these area students.
